A nerdy-geeky-retard. Generally used as an insult for someone who is too retarded to be a nerd/geek, but still does nerdy/geeky activities e.g. star trek convention. but can also be used as an insult for anybody.

'can you help me with my set 4 maths homework so i can go to the star trek convention?'
'no you neektard'
(geeky little brothers are generally neektard's)
