A nerdy-geeky-retard. Generally used as an insult for someone who is too retarded to be a nerd/geek, but still does nerdy/geeky activities e.g. star trek convention. but can also be used as an insult for anybody.

Neetard

A retard trying to appear the national elegibility cum entrance test or NEET for short. A neetard doesn't usually study,they just go through memes and other useless things, hoping they could pull it of on the last day(day before exam) which eventually leads them to failure and taking a drop
