A whimbler is a person who lets the world guide them and babbles about their new-found, alleged genius. And they expect the world to comport with their whims simply because of their bullying, worthless, ridiculous and poorly-conceived-but-currently-popular, over-inflated acumen.

A weenie who whines over any level of progress that they don’t agree-with nor understand.

These whimblers don’t realize that we can make the world a better place if we can accept new technologies.
