When somebody that is a dumbass decides to make a stupid decision. A dumbass is a name that people call another person meaning that they are a annoying dumbass if they do something stupid,
You can find these dumbasses when they make a stupid joke,action, etc
But most importantly.
Don't be a dumbass.

Dude 1: "hey do you want me to jump off a clift?"
Dude 2: "are you a dumbass? Why would ypu want to do that?"
Dude 1: "becuz i want to Duhh!"
