Chad’s are often guys who have rich parents play golf, and funny to make fun of in public. You can often spot them wearing a polo and cargo shorts and sometimes wearing a baseball hat.
Hadlee: “OMG! Look over there!”
Me: Wha-?
Hadlee: *points to a white guy in a polo and cargo shorts* “It’s a Chad!”
Both of us: *laughs, very hard (that’s what she said) until he turns around*
