Anything that's sweet, or awesome. "pronounced buoy but meaning boy" (a play on a floating buoy and the word boy)

This plays on the excitement of a new baby boy; but instead the expression is used as a term of excitement or approval.

Buooy can be mixed with other words to create hybrids of the meaning as long as the word being hybridized fits or matches the word buooy. For example; going out for some tasty baby buoooyg's (burgers)

If a team scores in a clutch moment one would exclaim loudly "It's a baby buooooooy!!" (The irony is having a baby boy is something people also exclaim with excitement.)

You run into a good friend "what's up my baby buoooyo?"

You want to meet up for burgers "whattup buooy, let's go get some tasty baby buooyg's"
