Blumzey

Someone who is acting undesirable or unlike how you want them to act. They are either being out of line, dumb, or going against you and pissing you off.

"Did you hear about how Kailyn from Teen Mom cheated on Jordan, why does she have to act so damn blumzey?"

"Remember when Christian Bale went off on the set of Batman? I used to love him, but now I think he is blumzey as hell."
