Fnording on floor, laughing.
It is an action taken when a discordian (or anyone who isn't) is somehow touching the floor (through clothing or not), laughing at a useless piece of information - useful piece of misinformation, or simply staring straight faced at it.

"Jan and Jace watched as Blip fofl'd. Moments later, they were holding his battered body in their arms after Space Ghost returned from the bar, reeking of alcohol."
