Dentist Dodger

A Dentist Dodger is someone who has not had a visit to the dentist for so long that their teeth are barely existant.

Guy 1: Hey did you see the new guy James?
Guy 2: Yeah he hasn't got teeth they're all black stumps!
Guy 1: Wow he's a serious dentist dodger!
