preniggament

1. A difficult, unpleasant, embarrassing situation in which a black, sometimes ignorant white person, is experiencing the trouble

2. A decision in which the consequence results in a conflict with the law

I really want to steal that bike, but i don't wanna go to jail. I'm in such a preniggament.
