A BMCer is an individual who only does three things: bitch, moan, and complain. This individual will always look for a way out of the situation, and will usually get out of doing work due to complaining so much.
That Tyler kid is a real BMCer. He only bitches, moans, and complains whenever he is asked to do a task.
