Coined by bay area locals. It is a blunt with cocaine, however "I smoke chewy like a motherfuckin nut, u got a gram bag get the zags and roll 'er up" is from 'smoke dope and rap' by Andre Nickatina aka Dre Dawg, one of the realest bay area rappers.

Hes got to be high off that chewy.
