Trap'n It Up 

A variation of the common phrase "keeping it real". Generally misunderstood as a nonsense phrase, such as "do a barrel roll" or "snakes on a plane".

"Hey B, what 'cha up to?"
"Nuttin yo, just trap'n it up."
