Taken from an unintentionally hilarious porn incident, "droppin fuckin' loads!!!" is an exclamation of triumph and/or achievement. Note: It can also be used when drinking, most often before taking a shot.
When taking a shot, click glasses, then: "Yeah, fuck yeah, droppin fuckin' loads!!!!" and then take shot.
