If you're worse than a regular idiot, you're at least a damn idiot. It's like if you're one of those people who freakin dated in fourth grade.

person 1: yeah, we did it in sixth grade. . .
person 2: you damn idiot, she's my freakin sister!

an idiot, especially a frickin idiot. used in place of "fucker."

That dude is such a fricker! He wouldn't know it if his head was stuck in a garbage can full of moldy squirrels.
