A person who bids on ebay and bids it up way over its value. Usually on fusion amps.

Shinny Shinny Person: ooooh fusion amp must bid two days before it ends
Shinny Shinny person 2: ooooh another shinny has placed a bid must bid up now even though it has two days
Me: this item is way over priced it's those darn shinnys again
