In the automotive context, and popular among the takeover community, when someone asks if the particular vehicle in question has the ability to lose traction on the rear tires under its own power. Essentially asking if it is able to drift/ do donuts/ slide, etc.

“That car right there looks nice, but does it swing? “
“She be swinging alright”
