A nickname used to describe a person that said an outlandish sentence or phrase into existence, yet it is still a normal thing, because the person knows it's outlandish to say.

Dorda: "Looks like chat has died down, so let's talk about something else."
Swag: "And for something else, I'll start using my feet and play Yugioh on OF."
Bug: "Yeah, that's Brota for you. just says some outlandish stuff."
Swag: "No, why Bugsy Mugsy."
