Fietta is usally used as an insult towards someone who did the most horrendous deed imaginable. It should not be used lightly,

The word fietta refers to a cry baby faggot who no one has every loved.

here are a couple examples when it is and isnt acceptable to use:

This man just murdered and raped my family- is a correct way to use it

This guy killed the president, what a fietta- no, the crime is severe enough.
