When two or more individuals engage in a conversation in which the discussion devolves into near nonsense only decipherable by those two individuals by sheer context.

Person M: I will C O N S O O B your anus. Bool.
Person D: *wild screeching* Bool.

Person Overhearing convo: Damn those two are heavy into Boolspeech.
