Smoval
A type of plate ware, that is oval shaped and the smallest from the range of oval plates. i.e not a large oval
Expo: "It says they need extra plate ware for this entree, do you want another platter?"
Food runner: "Sure, that will work."
(Server overhears this and interjects)
Server: "No, if I needed one extra plate I would have put 'extra plate' sans the 'ware!' Send out two smovals with it so they can eat from the platter family style."
