Someone addicted to hard drugs (crack, heroin, etc) that fiends for them so badly that they will do irrational and disproportion things to obtain said drugs.

Dopefiend Rental

A vehicle obtained in trade for drugs, usually for a set amount of time although occasionally the owner will call it in stolen.
