Definition:
1. A person so astoundingly arrogant, clueless, or incompetent that their head is effectively wedged so far up their own (or someone else’s) ass it doubles as a hat.
2. Someone who deserves a high five… in the face… with a chair.
Traits:
• Oblivious to reality.
• Loud with opinions, quiet with actual solutions.
• Often seen in politics, bureaucracy, or management positions.
