An individual who takes what you say out of context and ridicules it to
make themselves
look good, especially when they know you are telling the
truth.
When you mention that someone has a handicap, it does not
mean that they are
handy-caped, insinuating that they have a
mental problem or that they are just simple minded. The "cheezler" is the person who makes the insinuation.
