a word used to describe someone who always wants to be the center of attention, who is overbearing, always manages to piss someone off at a party, and who you can only take in small doses. This word originated after Real Housewives of Atlanta came out.
"I can't believe she was being such a Nene? She managed to get us kicked out of the club and blacklisted at every upcoming event in town. She really is bringing my stock down!"
