Turkish Exit

When someone "leaves" an event before ever arriving, aka when an invitation is never accepted (the declination is often expected). Usually refers to repeated activity, occurring with a friend who always has a soft excuse when invited to hang out.
J: "Did you invite Burak"
Z: "yeah"
J: "Is he coming"
Z: "No, he's pulling a Turkish Exit"
J: "You can't blame him, it's in his blood"
