A slang/code word for marijuana, coined by a group of teenagers in the suburbs of Greensboro, North Carolina.

Can be used as a verb or a noun.

Ex 1: "Yooo man, wanna go fango?"

Ex 2: "Hey, can I get a couple grams of fango?"
