Lightning Crotch

When your Vaginal area hurts so bad it feels like someone used it for batting practice.

Most common in pregnant women due to the baby's position (i.e. against nerves or pressing against the vagina).

"Ugh, Becky, I have Lightning Crotch so bad!"
"Well, that's what happens in your third trimester."
