Santiago 

A dangerous, at large criminal who kidnapped and/or killed the original classic Sonic. He is an impostor who is lighter blue, only speaks Scandinavian, and has no charisma. He has naturally evolved past the need for morality and needs to be stopped.

Person 1: Dude, be careful of Santiago, he's been sighted around here!
Person 2: Who's Santiago?
Santiago: *grabs person 2 by the hair and throws them at the wall with such force that they immediately die on impact*
