An individual who constantly utters nonsense with bitter overtones in a babbling way. The combination of bitter and babbling. Usually a personna in a chat room attacking others but not limited to that arena alone.
The bibbler was suspended from the chat room, but returned with another screen name in efforts to be bitter to other chatters. bibbling babbling bitter personna idle
