When a person laughs hard enough they pull both wrists to their chest and open their mouth while rocking back and fourth but stay in their own personal space. Similar to a velocilaughter.

When some one holds two hands to their chest while laughing fiercely with their mouth open, as they lean towards you and try and touch you with the little arms they've made. They look similar to a velociraptor in this pose.
