When a person keeps trying to stall or change the subject of a conversation; usually when a person is trying to hide something from you

John: "Hey, do you like Amy?"
Zack: "Well, I do, but I like her like my sister, you know? We're really good together, but I would never do anything to her, and-"
John: "Dude, quit Pussy Footing and get to the point."

Basically, it's "all that jazz," but it sounds cooler; it could be interchanged for "jazz" at any time

Paul: "What do you plan on doing this weekend?"
Jim: "Well, I'm probably going to go to the mall, do some shopping, hang out with the guys; you know, all that jizz"
