To walk through either leaves, mud, snow, puddles or grass, often in wellies. A fancy onomatopoeia.

James, it’s time for our daily exercise - get your wellies on and we’ll go for a stroosh over the field.

Ooh it’s snowed - get your boots on Kim we’ll go for a stroosh!
