Chloie is a beautiful girl with a great sense of humor, also is very kind and intelligent. Everyone loves her, anyone who doesn't is a complete asshole. Chloie always knows what to do in a situation, whether it be serious or just plain unimportant. Every person on Earth deserves to know a Chloie, because she is great, if someone never meets a Chloie, their life will never be complete. EVER.
