When a male subject dips his penis in paint or ink. Then hits another subject in the forehead, with his penis. Leaving behind a stamp of his choad on to the subjects forehead.

Guy wakes up after too much drinking:

"What the fuck dude? who left a choad stamp on my forehead?"
