'Puts' is vulgarism in Estonian, it stands for pussy or cunt. Often the inessive case of the term is used which is 'putsis' and it means that something is fucked up or doesn't work.

Tibil, kellega hiljuti käisin, oli väga ropp kõnepruuk, "tuti" asemel armastas ta kasutada sõna "puts". (The girl I dated recently used really excessive swearing, she loved to use the word 'pussy' instead of 'vagina')

Tööle sõites avastasin, et auto mootor on putsis ja vajab parandamist. (While driving to work I noticed that car's engine is fucked up and needs to be repaired)
