"Fursma" is a Southern-Swedish slang referring to a big, firm, round, bubble
butt. Can be used for both
men and women.
In some dialects you also ad "gou" before "Fursma" to empathize the sexual entities of the butt without straight out saying that it looks
hot and sexy.
