the act of placing one's hand into the anal cavity of one's body. Pretty much its mostly pertaining to (but not limited to) someone shoving their hand up their own ass (it is possible, just look around on the internet)

1. Jen: So, yeah, I just got the movie Rent on dvd, did you want to come over and watch it?
Bobby: Rent? I'd rather floombash myself with a hulk hand

2. Chris: Hey man, you don't look so good. You feeling ok?
Steve: Yeah, man I feel like shit. I feel like I just got floombashed by Wolverine.
