"No". When someone says this, they disagree, don't want a someone/something to do something, they sometimes mean yes if it is a girl and sometimes people might just say it out of no where in a conversation because they thought it was funny.

"Hey Mom!?"
"Yes honey?"
"Could we get McDonalds?"
"NO, we are having spaghetti today."
"Awh, ok."
