March 7 is International Ballprank day, a growing international trend among women around the world. On the eve of International Women's Day, women humble men by exploiting the weakness of testicles. When the suffering male complains, they mock him that it "was just a prank". Surprise nutshots are especially popular. For many feminists Ballbusting is a popular ritual to get in the mood for the March 8th celebrations, other women bust balls to raise awareness for Women's Self Defense, and many more women just do it to have fun.

Women's Day Detox is a colloquial term for a trend, mostly among Gen-Z feminists, to jokingly combat male toxicity (toxic masculinity) by kicking, kneeing, punching, or otherwise attacking a man's testicles. The overwhelming pain and following humiliation should humble the man and thus reduce his toxicity. The serious backgroud of this trend is to raise awareness for the problem of toxic masculinity, as well as the importance of women's self-defense. However, it is believed that most of the time a Women's Day Detox is performed it is less of a political statement and more of a case of girls having some fun.
