1. When a person appears to have two separate IQs, one at each extreme of the spectrum.

2. When someone can sometimes be a total dumbass, and other times be a complete genius.

Guy 1: You know that guy, Nick?
Guy 2: Yeah, he can sometimes be a total nerd and other times be a complete dumbass.
