Pepper fries

Pepper fries are any type of fried potatoes or French fries that are absolutely covered in pepper to the point of looking like they are black in color. This is usually accompanied by some salt. Pepper fries were invented by Rafael Castro during a graveyard shift at an Arby's in Lost Hills, CA. The fries were created after a vagabond payed for his meal with cannabis he was traveling with.
