Winja: Wanna-be Ninja. Someone who acts (or tries to act) like a Ninja, wears Ninja clothing, has Ninja weapons/equipment, but actually has no real skill as a Ninja, and no knowledge of their ways. A fake. Also, Ninja's don't just 'Flip out' and kill people. Only Winja's do that type of shit.
"You saw that guy dressed in black yesterday trying to do a backflip in the park? He is such a Winja."
