The process of drinking more alcohol while at the same time taking a piss, therefore refilling the emptiness left in your body from your pee.
In medicine, alcoholysis (from "alcohol", meaning liquid of the gods, "alcohol", meaning alcohol (duh), and "lysis", meaning loosening) is a process for removing alcohol from the system while introducing more at the same time, and is primarily used to replace the alcohol lost from your system while taking a piss, to adequately maintain the proper level of awesomeness in your body, to continue your epic night which you won't remember anyways.

In order to stay in the proper party fashion, I was forced to undergo an alcoholysis.
