(noun)- a stiletto fetsh, or obsession with stilettos...usually one who admires the shoes on other's feet... (typically a man), not one who loves to buy and wear them (typically a woman)
(adjective)- a sexy style

my boss has an admitted STILETTISH, he hates it when I wear flats to work...
