a word used to humiliate (without them realising) people that are:
shouting/moaning/arguing/being sarcastic
'croat' is many things to many people, and the act of 'croating' can occur in many ways, and is often to the annoyance of many people.
A shout of 'Croat' will often be followed by the laughter of their peers, as they know exactly whats happened... yet the 'Croater' does not.
