Tom Balls

A more severe case of blue balls, in addition to high levels of pain it consists of high amounts of body odor and dandruff. It is generally a consequence of performing "Ping Pong is no. 1".

Tom keeps performing Ping Pong is no. 1 despite getting Tom Balls hard.
