Pif is type of high grade marijuana that is identifiable by its distinct smell and excellent quality. Pif is not a particular strain but usually refers to multiple hazey or skunky strains.

dottle 

The unspent ash of tobacco or marijuana that accumulates at the bottom of a pipe (usually the inside of a bong)which can be smoked.

If there is no weed around, you could clean the inside of your bong and smoke the dottle out of it.
