Corporate code word for beers with the boys. A sreeb, is simply ‘beers’ in reverse.

John: Hey Mike, I’ve got two hours to kill before my next meeting. Anything you want you do?

Mike: Sreeb?

John: sounds good - meet in the lobby in 5 minutes.
