Having sex with an intoxicated person who might not consent if sober. Like statutory rape, the victim is not necessarily forced but, while intoxicated, does not have the nescessary mental capacity to to evaluate the risks of sexual activity and so, can not legally give consent.

He cruised the bars, hoping to find a sloppy drunk woman to toxrape.
